Prices stay unchanged during China’s May Day holiday

Prices stayed unchanged from last week, as no new orders are signed during China’s May Day holiday. Only polysilicon and multi-Si modules as well as low-priced glass reflect the pre-holiday trading prices. It seems that mono-grade polysilicon prices will continue to rise beyond RMB 160/kg.

A few small orders for cells were signed with RMB 0.92-0.925/W before the holiday; the market is awaiting for bulk order negotiations that will take place after the holiday.
