Tongwei, which has announced prices at the end of each month over the past months, adjusted cell prices again in the evening on Aug. 10 amid polysilicon shortage. Mono-Si cell prices were raised by more than 9%, with M2-sized cells being priced at RMB 0.95/W, G1 and M6 at RMB 0.97/W. Multi-Si cell prices also rose 11%, coming in at RMB 0.6/W.
