InfoLink Consulting and C Sun jointly donated a school bus to Chung Ping Elementary School youth baseball league in Taoyuan City on Sept. 2, helping the young athletes travel conveniently between school and practice fields, further enhancing their training opportunities and team cohesion.
This donation marks the latest initiative by InfoLink following the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Chung Ping Elementary School on August 11. InfoLink aims to foster the development of young baseball talents in Taiwan and fulfill its corporate social responsibility through these efforts.
Corrine Lin, Chairman of InfoLink, emphasized the importance of youth baseball league development, saying that the foundation of Taiwan's sports lies in the grassroots. InfoLink is dedicated to supporting schools like Chung Ping Elementary School, which play a crucial role in nurturing young baseball talent.
This bus donation is intended to ensure that these young athletes have the resources they need to succeed, she added.
The donation ceremony was attended by Lin, InfoLink's CEO Jason Huang, representatives from C Sun, Principal He Tsai-li (賀彩利) of Chung Ping Elementary School, as well as the school's coaches and players, marking a new milestone in this partnership.
InfoLink’s sponsorship not only addresses the team’s financial needs but also provides comprehensive training resources and material support. The new school bus will significantly benefit the players, allowing them to focus on their training and growth in a safer and more convenient environment.
Two years ago, InfoLink first ventured into the sports industry by sponsoring the Rakuten Monkeys and has since continued to promote widespread participation in sports.
Lin concluded, "We hope to continue this kind of collaboration to lay a stronger foundation for grassroots sports in Taiwan and inspire more companies to join in supporting and nurturing the future baseball stars of Taiwan."
